TO ALL BATCH ONE CUSTOMERS, APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY OF THE ITEMS. AS YOU KNOW THAT IT IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE DELAY.
